Your Role
Lead & Develop - Manage high-quality services, ensuring people live fulfilling lives in their communities.
Ensure Excellence - Oversee compliance, referrals, health & safety, and financial control.
Build Strong Relationships - Work closely with customers, regulators, and key stakeholders.
Drive Growth - Play a strategic role in expanding and improving our services.
What You'll Need
- NVQ Level 4 (or working towards) in Social Care Management
- 3+ years' management experience in social care
- Strong leadership, coaching & problem-solving skills
- A positive, person-centred approach to learning disabilities, mental health & physical disabilities
- Flexibility for on-call & management cover
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
- CQC registration eligibility
