Experience and Qualities criteria:
- Driven to deliver exceptional service & standards
- At least 2 years’ experience as a General Manager
- Driven to deliver exceptional service & standards
- Support the implementation of revenue generation initiatives
- To ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work
- An inspiring leader, coach, and role model
- Strong focus on recruiting, onboarding, and retention of an industry leading team
- A leader that drives their team to be the best they can be and puts a real focus on their teams personal development
- Maintain budgets and identify areas to improve
- Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the customer experience
- Ensure the restaurant and kitchen are always run efficiently, delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to drive sales growth through constant improvement of standards and service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute a solid business plan
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels
- Comply with all company policies, standards and legislative requirements relevant to maintaining effective performance, communication and training
