Bars Manager – Up to £40,000
About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced Bars Manager to join a fast-paced, creative, and super exciting venue in the heart of London, where we blend hospitality and entertainment to an experience like no other. Company culture is conscious and independent. It’s a brilliant opportunity to join one of the most exciting companies. Late nights will be required for this role.
About You:
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role in a high-volume licensed venue
- Very strong organisational and leadership skills
- Organised with attention to detail, with a result and solution focussed mindset
- Calm and composed working in high energy and high expectation venues
Role and responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a large and professional bar team across ten different bars
- Be present, supportive and front-facing at peak service as the face of the business
- To manage all scheduling, reaching targeted wage cost and sign off time sheets in a timely manner
- Recruiting, training and managing bar staff to ensure consistency, and deliver service levels and standards which exceed expectations and efficiently drive sales
- Motivating and rewarding staff, guiding, and disciplining where necessary and monitoring engagement and retention.
- Ensure staff are fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations and adhere to licencing objectives.
