We are recruiting a Wholesale Administrator for a well-established luxury fashion retailer in London. This company is continuing to go from strength to strength with its products being sold in many countries across the world.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has had experience in an HR administration role and understands the functions in a retail or hospitality head office environment. You will be a contact for the buying teams and partners, update, documents, databases, and wholesale presentations, help track requests and commercial samples and plan travel schedules, expenses and appointments. Alongside supporting the organisation and development of the showroom, monitoring, sales and stock reports, analysis of competition, supporting partnership requests and communicating with different regions across the world.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years wholesale experience, within the luxury fashion, excellent communicator, be proactive and can work on their own initiative. Strong organisational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. It would also be advantageous to have knowledge on Joor and be bilingual in English, French and German.
