Website Executive - Position Summary:
In this role, you ll be a key part of improving and maintaining our portfolio of websites, ensuring they are always up to date, well-presented, and performing at their best. You ll manage pricing updates, explore new features, and identify growth opportunities within our WordPress backend, helping to strengthen our online presence. We re looking for someone with solid eCommerce experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commercial mindset. If you re analytical, proactive, and eager to develop your skills while making a real impact, this is a great opportunity to grow with the business.
Website Executive - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain website product listings ensuring appropriate presentation and accuracy
- Lead initiatives to improve the online shopping experience and streamline navigation
- Research and evaluate website improvements
- Manage and optimize listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Google and eBay.
- Capture and edit high-quality product images for use across e-commerce platforms
- Maintain and implement price and product revisions while enforcing the product change policy
- Support user testing initiatives and ensure SKU consistency across all platforms
- Work closely with web developers to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the website operates smoothly and efficiently
- Regularly review product pricing, monitor competitor strategies, and report to management team
- Support implementation and ensure clarity and accuracy for payment options like Klarna and Payment Assist
- Track website functionality, analyse performance metrics, and recommend improvements
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain product accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms

- Wider knowledge and awareness of Marketing disciplines
- Experience of using the ZOHO Suite

This is a full-time position working hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You may occasionally be asked to support with events and activities outside of these hours.
Pay: £25,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year DOE
