Shift: 4 on 4 off Days/Nights Rotating Salary: £24,150 Per Annum Job Description We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Warehouse team at our Carlisle site. As a Warehouse Administrator you will perform administration duties and support with stock control and site compliance reports. Job responsibilities of a Warehouse Administrator include: Daily stock figures to be produced for site management. Deal with day-to-day stock issues. Manage daily e-mail flow. Ensure all relevant paperwork is produced for the relevant time limit. Make sure all customer requirements are adhered to with all paperwork. Filing to be completed by the end of each shift. Monitor customer programme throughout the day to look for changes to any requirements. Complete all relevant reports regarding Health and safety and site compliance. To consult directly with the customer on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications As a Warehouse Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft application’s, Excel/word/Outlook. Important level of diligence. Good time management. Flexibility if required.
