My client, an exciting, leading Fashion Retail business are looking for their first UK-based Senior HR hire. This growing and dynamic organization designs, sources, markets and sells high-quality products across a variety of categories on a global scale. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business during an exciting period of growth and change, to have a strategic input as well as building HR from the ground up.

Based in West London on a hybrid basis of three days in the office, this position will have responsibility for a headcount of less than 50 initially, and will report into the US based Chief People Officer.

We are looking for experienced, talented Senior HR professionals, who have a proven track record in building initiatives processes, and strategies across the full HR generalist remit. Only candidates who have experience in fashion retail or multi-brand fashion retail and/ or wholesale will be considered for this opportunity.
