Our client our one of the world's leading manufacturing and engineering companies and one of their areas of speciality is medical treatment solutions and they have a brand new, innovative product that they are selling directly to end clients.
I am looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success who has a background in selling into either the medical or pharmaceutical space.
This is a field based role and is ideal for somebody who has been successful in managing their own territory throughout their career.
Success will be achieved by:
Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives.
Driving utilisation of the product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.
Developing and managing favorable relationships with key decision makers (Tissue Viability, nursing staff, NHS Procurement, and others).
Improving wound care knowledge and providing training and education to customers.
Identifying patients that will benefit from the product portfolio and promoting appropriate use.
Working closely with the BDM and Clinical Support Specialists to facilitate and support clinical evaluations and product testing.
Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required.
Developing a territory business plan to prioritise account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
