Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading retail & distribution business with the consumer & convenience sector. This is a pivotal role in the business growth plans and will form part of the leadership team

Description

• Direct management of 3 field sales representatives and 1 telesales exec
• Drive performance across the team to help achieve business wide objectives
• Personally account manage some assigned accounts(no proactive work required)
• Take proactive action when managing account issues to ensure performance and relationships are best managed
• Analyse key metrics and historic data to identify areas for growth and potential
• Provide training and development for the team where needed

Profile

• Prior experience managing a sales or telesales function
• Strong communicator
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to analyse data
• Ability to forge strong working relationships

Job Offer

The role of Telesales Manager will join an exceptional business based in Leeds within the retail and distribution sector.

The role will be working core hours, Monday to Friday

Salary of 35,000 – 40,000 plus bonus (personal bonus plus a management bonus)
