We are seeking a driven Technologist or a recent Graduate to join our Clients dynamic team and play a vital role in managing global supplier relationships, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and driving product quality within the Exotic Fruit category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier requirements and ensure customer-aligned due diligence.
• Maintain approved supplier and grower lists.
• Oversee produce specifications and ensure compliance across the supply base.
• Support sustainability and ethical initiatives, tracking risk changes and action plans.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct product benchmarking and category monitoring.
• Lead updates and manage customer systems, including due diligence, certification, and packaging.
• Support compliance with food safety laws and customer quality requirements.
• Participate in supplier audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Represent the business at relevant forums and meetings.

What We re Looking For:

• Food/Agri/Horti Graduate
• Ideally, experience in a similar role within the fresh produce or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety laws, supplier management, and quality assurance.
• Understanding of ethical sourcing, sustainability, and risk assessments (HACCP, TACCP & VACCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
