About the role:
Salary: Starting at £40,000, but negotiable depending on experience + FANTASTIC bonus earning potential
Hours:Full Time - including some weekends and some evening shifts.

As a Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the store's health and safety, merchandising, and financial performance as well as leading the team and developing and inspiring them. Key responsibilities of our Store Manager:
- We are looking for a Store Manager to join us and like most multi-site retailers, we want people who can be flexible and can potentially work in multiple stores- Showing a real passion for customer focus, innovation, and the ability to make tough decisions will enable you to thrive in a role that is meaningful and demanding - achieving targets for business growth, increased sales, operating standards, and colleague development and performance.
What we are looking for in our Store Manager:
- You will have excellent coaching and mentoring skills, inspiring and motivating your team to exceed targets and achieve their full potential- Experience in leading a large team in a dynamic retail environment- Commercial awareness with proven control of overheads and growing sales and a strong focus on improving the customer experience.
