About the placement
You don't watch from the sidelines around here you get stuck in. Through hands-on experience and responsibility from the get-go, you'll gain a vast insight into how our business works and contribute to it from day one. What you'll need
Highly organised, trustworthy, detail-oriented, multi-tasker. That's you. Bring your strong financial and analytical skills and we'll give you the exposure to own your progress. You're an influential communicator with a strong business and financial acumen. You'll know how to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data and you're proficient on project management software. If you're currently enrolled in a third level construction related course, preferably in quantity surveying, then our Feasibility placement might just be the perfect fit for you.
What you'll do
Playing an integral role in the wider Commercial team, you'll help manage feasibility studies, cost estimates and the continued development of commercial reporting. You'll collaborate across the business, working with teams from Construction, Finance, Property, and Facility Management, whilst engaging with third party providers and developers.
Whether you're managing our cost data, conducting cost research or preparing various board papers to ensure deadlines are achieved; it's all about uncovering the weaknesses and strengths within our business so that we can keep excelling forward.
