This role isn t complicated but it is demanding. You ll own product specifications across major UK retailers and be responsible for getting them right and out on time. No hand-holding. No excuses.
The jobYou ll write and manage specifications, pull together recipes, shelf life, and technical data, and support artwork sign-off. You ll juggle multiple deadlines and still deliver accurately.
YouDetail-obsessed. Calm under pressure. Able to manage your own workload. You understand food law or you learn fast.
Experience helps. Mindset matters more.
