The Opportunity
The Sales GTM Lead is an organization whose role is to drive sustainable and repeatable performance of specific areas of the Digital Experience Portfolio. For this opportunity the role is to ensure success of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and associated Apps across the UKI region (UK, Ireland, Middle East and South Africa)
What you’ll do
Be accountable for the overall health of the AEP business . It includes ensuring performance against defined goals covering the entire customer lifecycle (Pipeline generation, Pipeline progress, Deal closing, Customer value realization, renewal/upsell)
Tailor the EMEA GTM Plan for the specific needs of the UKI region
Coordinate the execution of GTM across the various teams (sellers and supporting functions like Partner, Marketing, )
Proactively Monitor overall performance and report to UKI, EMEA and Corp Leaders
Represent AEP as the voice of UKI to Corporate product teams.
Detect the barrier to performance and drive remediation where needed
Animate the local community of sellers to amplify pollination of best practices internally.
Contribute as a though leader to external audiences during events and on Social Medias
Be part on key deals, support marketing activities and address partner/influencers to lean towards AEP business.
What you need to succeed
Proven experience in running a Tech Business (P&L responsibilities seen as a plus)
Proven Enterprise Platform Sales track record acquired in Medium-sized to Large-size organizations
Sales Management with proven track of running teams by influence in large matrix-type organization
Domain knowledge in the world of data (Analytics, Personalization, Audiences, Profile) in context of both media activation and CRM. Functionally, would know the main use cases, related Business Cases, Buying personas
Knowledge on Adobe portfolio related to Data & Insight (AA/CJA, AT) and Profile and Audience (AAM, AEP/RTCDP) is a plus
Expertise in Designing sophisticated proposals
Be a passionate enabler & coach of individuals and teams
Be a value-driven role model for business-value centric Enterprise Sales with ability to create customer value for Business and IT
Be a results-driven, accountable leader with strong EQ and developed situational flexibility (awareness and action)
Be an entrepreneurial/strategic thinker creating programs and plans (resources, activities, risk assessment)
Can diffuse those situations in the interest of Adobe, our customer and the sales team – fixing the spot issue but also thinking the long-term fix when relevant.
Seek continuous learning and gives/seeks feedback to improve performance.
Proven experience across multiple industries: Financial Services, Retail/CPG, Travel and Hospitality, Media and Entertainment, Automotive, B2B Manufacturing
It would be a plus to have existing good connection into the Adobe Product teams and/or its wider eco-system of Business partners.
