We are a reputable Main Contractor based in the East Midlands, specialising in high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK. With project values ranging from 500k to 3m, our portfolio includes commercial spaces, retail, leisure, and education sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join our team and deliver excellence on a national scale.
Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage site operations from start to finish on refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site meetings, manage programme of works, and report progress to senior management.
Handle snagging, handover, and ensure client satisfaction upon completion.
Site Manager Requirements
Proven experience in delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects ( 500k - 3m) as a No.1 on site.
Willingness to travel nationally and stay away during the week when required.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification are essential.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
Site Manager Benefits
Salary between 60,00- 65,000 + Package, Travel and Lodge.
Travel expenses and accommodation provided for nationwide projects.
