What qualities does a Shift Manager need to join a Wingstop Delivery Kitchen?
Unlike a traditional restaurant, a delivery kitchen is a fast - paced commercial kitchen unit that only produces food for delivery. It contains the kitchen equipment and facilities needed to prepare food but has no dining area for guests.
We'd prefer you have had 6 - 12 months of supervisory or management experience from a hospitality, leisure, or retail background
You are customer and teams focused and excited by the opportunity to deliver a FLAVOUR experience unlike any other.
You're a strong, commercially aware leader to drive your performance on shift and inspire your team to meet our customers' needs
You'll have a true passion for our amazing food, and you'll bring our flavours to life and inspire your team to do the same to Wingstop's standards
Drive to step in the General Managers absence
Being responsible for the day to day running of shifts.
Play an important role in people development, training, and coaching
Being responsible for high standards of cleanliness across the restaurant
