Role: Service Manager

Contract Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus (£55,000 OTE)

Hours: 40 hrs per week (includes Evenings & weekends)
What will you be doing?
Just imagine a retail based Service department. No manufacturer constraints, No manufacturer warranties to deal with…….we can offer that.
We are driving our retail business and giving our customers the opportunity to bring their vehicle in to a Main Dealer environment at independent prices. The opportunities are everywhere.

Our service departments are growing. We need Service Managers who can lead from the front, give great support to our colleagues and Sales teams. We need individuals to use their skills to deliver fantastic performances and create happy working environments.
What do we need from you?
You will need to have a customer and operational mind set, you should always be thinking about the next steps. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), organisational and people management. All we need from you is:
- Full UK/EU Driving License.
- Experience in a similar role or an automotive workshop environment.
- Experience in a Sales/Customer Service environment (desirable).
