Service Advisor (Car Dealership)

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Salary: £28k – £30k (DOE), OTE £36k – £42k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Monday – Friday, Saturday On Rota (1 in a month)

The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service, swiftly attending to customer inquiries and issues

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between customers and the dealership’s service department, ensuring clear transmission of vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Manage appointment scheduling and the booking system to optimise service department resources.
• Ensure precise and punctual invoicing for services, upholding a high level of precision and thoroughness.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current with product information and technical specifications to deliver precise detail to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
• Understanding of automotive products, services, and maintenance procedures.
• Competent in computer skills, including experience with (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience within a car dealership (Preferable).
