Family run business who are looking for someone who can provide excellent Customer Service for key customers. Main duties: Making timed appointments and dealing with drop offs and collections by customers Making bookings with reference to the workshop diary to ensure sufficient time to complete the repair Invoicing retail and internal customers Booking in parts Ensure all submissions for warranty and good-will claims are accurate and processed in a timely manner Assist with work in progress document control, ensuring all necessary information is gathered, documented and included in Customer's paperwork Ensuring quality control including demonstrating repairs to Customers before vehicle is collected Full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday. There is a requirement to work some Saturdays (with a day off in the week on those weeks) 8:30am to 6:00pm in Spring/Summer, winter opening hours are different. Please apply for this online.
