They are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Epsom team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their service department.Role and Responsibilities:As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the service department, responsible for providing a warm welcome to customers, guiding them through their vehicle service journey. Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Scheduling vehicle appointments in the workshop diary and coordinating with the team to track the progress of vehicles. Ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers at their scheduled pick-up time. Making reminder calls to customers for post-visit follow-ups and regular maintenance. Collaborating with the team to source replacement parts required for vehicle repairs. Occasionally assisting with the collection and delivery of customer vehicles. Generating accurate quotations and invoices for services provided.Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have: A genuine interest in and passion for the automotive sector. Preferred experience as a Service Advisor.
