Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Salary: from £45,000 plus.
Are you an experienced Senior Town Planner with a strong background in retail projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established consultancy in London, working on high-profile retail planning schemes.
The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for delivering expert planning advice on a range of retail-led developments, including Retail Impact Assessments. You will work closely with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to guide projects through the planning process.
Key Requirements
Proven experience working on retail planning projects
Strong knowledge of Retail Impact Assessments
Ability to manage planning applications and provide strategic planning advice
Excellent communication and client management skills
Chartered status (MRTPI) is beneficial but not essential
