Senior Solution Delivery Manager

- Full time permanent role

- Salary circa £85,000 plus bonus and benefits

A leading retail business based in Lincoln is looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to lead delivery of solutions for a major transformation. This newly created role will focus on the set up of the delivery team and establish best practice while overseeing delivery programmes.

Duties will include:

- End to end IT solution delivery

- Driving change and delivering outcomes to support overall business transformation

- Managing and overseeing complex IT solutions/programmes

- Stakeholder engagement and managing third party vendors

- Leading the delivery team to deliver solutoions on time, budget and within scope

- Managing internal resources

- Budget management and forecasting

- Alligning delivery to business needs

- Risk mitigation

To be considered sutiable for this Senior Solution Delivery Manager you will need the following skills/experience:

- Team management/leadership background

- Strong solution delivery across IT verticals

- Good understanding of SDLC and methodologies including Agile

- Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal/external)

- Strong experience across change and transformation within large businesses.
