Senior Service Advisor
Location: West End, Surrey
Salary: Basic £30k, OTE £38k + Excellent Benefits

The Role:
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle servicing and promptly address inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information flow between workshop controller and customers.
- Qualify service needs and secure customer agreement on the proposed work.
- Maintain accurate service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
- Clearly explain completed work to ensure customer understanding and authorisation.
- Provide guidance and support to service advisors and technicians.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service team for clear communication.
- Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall dealership performance.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Understanding of motor trade.
- Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
