Job Overview: Are you a passionate sales guru with a knack for menswear designer wholesale? If so, we want you to lead global sales for one of Tomorrow’s Investment Brands. As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for steering your brand toward global sales success. You’ll forge and nurture client relationships, optimise in-season business operations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in production, customer service, operations, ecommerce, retail, and marketing.
You’ll need to be well-connected, possess deep knowledge of the menswear market, understand the art of brand positioning, thrive on success, and excel as an analyst and strategist. Your experience in menswear and your grasp of international markets, coupled with relationships with global key accounts, will be your keys to success.
- Manage accounts strategically
- Forecast seasonal budgets by region and door
- Develop international commercial strategies and business plans
- Collaborate with Area Management teams on regional planning and customer relationship management
- Handle diary management, prepare for markets, and conduct showroom sales in key fashion capitals
- Oversee the entire seasonal order process, from order taking to final order book confirmation
- Provide consistent in-store product training to retailers
- Collaborate with key customer marketing teams to boost brand visibility and performance
- Offer in-store visual merchandising support to retailers in tandem with the Tomorrow retail team
- Analyse and act on sell-through results, optimising in-season sales and performance
- Identify opportunities to grow and serve key partners through exclusive projects and initiatives
- Work closely with internal support teams to ensure seamless communication across teams
- Share market intelligence with the merchandise team through in-depth end-of-season sales and product reports, including competitor analysis
- Update and deliver seasonal range plans working closely with the Head of Product Management
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in menswear wholesale, fuelled by a passion for sales and relationship building
- Proficiency in international markets
- Proven track record of generating sales and nurturing relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingualism is preferred but not essential
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Established buyer relationships
- Problem-solving prowess, initiative, and unwavering drive
