Salary: £60,000 – 65,000

Our esteemed client, a global FMCG leader, is seeking a talented and dynamic Senior NPD Project Manager to join their team on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract. Position Overview:
As the Senior NPD Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of new product development initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing projects from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercialisaion process enablement, cross-functional integration, risk mitigation, project portfolio consolidation.
- Responsible for project delivery, process, governance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Commercialization Controller on Innovation projects for growth in the UK market.
- Manage Brand-led projects, Retailer Own Label initiatives, and supports supply chain and procurement projects.
- Cross-functional collaboration across UK&I sites and global colleagues/suppliers.
- Ensure project compliance through commercialization and the stage/gate process.
- Manage input from all functions for effective decision-making during commercialization meetings.
- Accountable for on-time, in-full delivery of projects from Gate 2 to 5 and post-launch review.
- Focus on process enablement, driving innovation projects, and owning timelines.
- Supervises and reports progress, issues, risks, and compliance to plan in a timely manner.
Your Profile:
- Proven Project Management experience Expert within at least one area of the business e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Procurement or Technical
- FMCG experience
- Commercial acumen
- Experience working across more than one function or subject area preferable
- Formal project management qualification
