Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Horsforth. You’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm.The salary ranges upto £25,000.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves

1) Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure the smooth running of the letting process from new instruction to move-in and settling of new tenants at which point the Property Management Department will take control.

2) Register all potential tenants and landlords onto the Reapit system fully.

3) Proactively Organise and carry out activities to generate new business.

4) Prepare and update all advertising and marketing material.

5) Assist Branch Manager with service of Section 8, Section 3 and Section 21 notices.
