We additionally provide extensive commercial services which include Dilapidations, Lease Advice and Pre-acquisition surveys. Overview of Role:

Due to our growing and diverse portfolio an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager/PMO Manager to join us in London to aid the delivery of a range of survey and project commissions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team of consultants who pride themselves on providing outstanding project delivery to a range of clients within both the public and private sectors from SME’s to large blue chip corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Associate responsible, duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Set up, review and populate a master programme tracker
  • Assist with coordination of a number of survey and project commissions across our office and potentially across our other 5 regional offices
  • Coordinate project admin support team who will be responsible for desk top surveys, appointment planning and a help desk function
  • Provide information to assist with production of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual KPIs
  • Provide supporting information for the processing of invoicing both internal and external
  • Actively pursue information from both the RLB team, stakeholders and the Client and feedback as needed.
  • Complaint Handling – Progress and advise all parties as required on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain a tracking ‘slogger’ spreadsheet to identify up to date projects situations on a periodic basis
  • Seek information from the client’s web based database and distribute to the regional delivery managers on a periodic basis
  • Collate electronic project files from the Delivery Managers and store on the network in a logical way to enable retrieval quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain a spreadsheet of all contact details for all contractors/suppliers etc

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high levels of customer service excellence with good commercial acumen.

  • Ambitious and driven with a commitment to the overall project and company as a whole.
  • Strong communicator and team leader.
  • Previous experience as a Programme/PMO Manager

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office advance user – particularly Excel.
  • Project Coordination
  • Good PowerBi knowledge and experience
  • Previous experience of a surveying/facilities/property organisation
  • Team leader function of administration
  • Processing KPIs
  • Experience of AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of invoicing
