Job Description

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Factory Manager should have:

• Experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.
• Ideally experience working within footwear; if not, has experience in clothing, costume jewellery, hats, soft furnishings, or furniture manufacturing.
• Proficiency in managing production costs and budgets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A commitment to safety and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and motivate staff.
