We have a great opportunity to join a leading financial services provider, working Monday to Friday leaving your weekends to do what you enjoy doing best.

Working as a customer service advisor, you will be providing a first class service to our banking customers, responding to general banking enquiries and resolving customer queries. We are looking for customer service advisors who put the customer first, and strive to go the extra mile ensuring complete customer satisfaction. There is no restriction to talk time, which allows you to really build a great rapport and provide the best possible service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering high volume inbound calls, being the first point of contact for customers.
  • Taking ownership of customer Enquiries, working to resolve as first point of contact
  • Escalating calls as required.
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Updating CRM system with notes of calls
  • Admin duties as required

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment including retail
  • A passion to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good organisational skills
