Senior Commercial Finance Analyst
*6 Month Contract*
High Wycombe/Hybrid (3-4 days in office)
£250 p/d Inside IR35
Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join a highly established and well-known retail brand. In this role, you will report to the Head of Commercial Finance, providing crucial support in managing key aspects of costs and income. Collaborating closely with the Commercial and Finance teams, you will maintain high standards in accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and forecasting, demonstrating a dynamic blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Collaborating with the Commercial team to monitor supplier income against targets for all suppliers, overseeing accurate and timely year-end supplier reconciliation and invoicing.
- Partnering with the customer loyalty team to stay abreast of enhancements and taking charge of accounting, reporting, and forecasting responsibilities.
- Developing robust reporting for key peak period outputs through advanced modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Serving as the direct point of contact for Internal and External auditors.

- Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent through experience.
- Retail/FMCG experience is desirable but not essential.
- Solid technical accounting proficiency.
- Excellent financial modelling and forecasting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills.
