A leading global property consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional building surveying services for a wide range of clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver building surveying projects across various sectors including commercial, retail, and residential.
• Undertake building inspections, prepare reports, and provide advice on maintenance, repairs, and building compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior surveyors, providing guidance and expertise.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Assist with strategic planning, cost management, and project coordination.

Skills & Experience Required:

• MRICS qualified or working towards.
• Extensive experience in building surveying, ideally with a focus on commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction law.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage complex relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in relevant software, including AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
