We are looking for an ambitious Senior Brand & Digital Manager to join the Dis-loyalty team at Ennismore 3 days a week on a 12-month contract, as a hybrid role based out of our London office.
Dis-loyalty is a game-changing travel and food membership that takes a different approach to loyalty by actively encouraging members to explore new destinations and rewarding them for being disloyal.
This is an exciting new role in our growing company that will focus on supporting the worldwide expansion of Dis-loyalty. You’ll be part of a central marketing team, with key responsibilities that include supporting global and hotel level campaigns that impact commercial objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand presentation across markets and channels, and sustaining momentum in initiatives designed to drive growth. This role is ideal for a highly-organized, digital-first brand marketer, who will bring creativity and energy to a new brand as it evolves to engage new audiences and continue to define lifestyle hospitality.
With rapid international expansion in the pipeline, the role will centrally support storytelling and tactical marketing for the brand as well as all participating properties around the world, as well as global brand campaigns, digital media performance and social media. We’ve got lots of ambition to grow our brand and appeal to new audiences in new markets, so we want someone that is inspired to join us on that journey and can bring their passion and skillset to the team.
What you’ll do in the role
Act as the guardian of the Dis-loyalty brand and oversee/build relevant assets to ensure that we deliver thoughtful and innovative communication at every touchpoint in our members’ journeys, across our own channels and working closely with our other brands’ teams
Execute global brand initiatives, building a cohesive support plan to ensure that we activate ideas to maximise impact from PR, digital, content & events
Implement multi-channel brand campaigns, working with agency partners where relevant, to ensure smooth execution across owned, earned and paid channels, including the website, digital marketing, organic social, paid social, PR, e-mail marketing and more
Support the development of the marketing plans for new product optimisations and news, driving cross department integration and collaboration
Manage digital agencies and partners, including driving traffic and conversion on our website, optimizing digital campaigns, and setting best practices across PPC, SEO, email, paid social and all paid media.
Feed into and lead select brand marketing initiatives to ensure new campaigns have maximum impact and clear measurements of performance
Work closely with the creative team to ensure all assets adhere to channel best practice and deliver required growth
Serve as a support for property marketing teams to deliver the execution of our marketing plans
Maintain and refresh brand assets globally, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines
Daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, utilising the data to support strategic decisions

A creative campaign thinker – from ideation to delivery who is capable of translating ideas and visions into reality
Someone who can develop and deliver simple but inspiring brand tools to ensure all markets have clear objectives and expectations
A self-starter attitude that’s able to work independently but likes being sociable and collaborative too
Strong strategic and commercial mindset with proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion and retention growth using a broad range of digital marketing channels
Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure
Confident at presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Passionate about travel, food and trends with a thirst to learn about marketing and embracing new concepts, platforms and formats
