Responsibilities
In charge of the growth of Destination Marketing business with a focus on Europe. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Develop integrated campaigns with national and regional tourist boards, airports, brands and local agency partners, build trusted relationships.
2. Understand partners’ business objectives, match them with the range of services and products offered by Group brands and industry digital ecosystem to maximize business opportunities; advise on media placements, new product development and marketing strategy.
3. Coordinate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery. Include and other brands from Group.
4. Forecast accurately and report timely insights about the industry and the project to ensure maximum ROI from investment and future contract renewal.
Candidate Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Marketing, Tourism or Economy).
2. 5 years’ experience as a marketing manager of tourism destination, lifestyle, leisure, retail, consumer goods.
3. Manage yearly marketing budget of at least 5 million EUR.
4. Experience in tourism industry is preferred.
5. Fluent English- oral & written skills, simple daily communication in Chinese.
6. Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
7. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
8. Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
9. Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
10. Most importantly, be highly motivated, responsible, organized, dedicated, team player with high interpersonal skills and eager to promote and learn about
