Our client is global retailer based in Central London who are seeking a SuccessFactors People Analytics Expert to join their team. You'll be working on converting their current reports into story reports on SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate must have experience in Success Factors specifically working on the People Analytics module. You'll be an expert in transferring reports from current systems and creating reports. Experience doing this in a retail environment is a bonus but not necessary.

We're looking for candidates who possess:

• Excellent understanding of people analytics in SuccessFactors
• Skilled at story report creating
• Immediately available
