Our client is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their sales and customer service department.
Producing monthly sales reports for customers on excel
Working with shipping companies to ensure costs are kept to a minimum
Ensuring a constant visibility of stock; manufactured, shipped and on its way, at the port etc.
Managing the sales and purchase managers diary to ensure that all deadlines are met
Liaising with our suppliers to ensure that orders are made within the deadlines and updating the team with any delays
Completing and maintaining purchase orders on excel and our inhouse system unleashed
Assisting the sales team on the phones/emails during busy periods
Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential
Good excel skills, ideally advanced
Hardworking, team player, high attention to detail, able to communicate at all levels
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail
Good computer skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Based in Warninglid (candidates should be a driver as the office is not based close to public transport links)
£25,000 depending on experience
Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 5:00
20 days + bank holidays + extra days at Christmas
