deverellsmith are recruiting an ambitious individual looking to get into real estate as a Sales Negotiator or someone already within the industry.

You’ll work from their office in the heart of Balham surrounded by a fun and dynamic team.

This multi branch South West independent prides themselves on delivering above and beyond customer service to their clients resulting in repeat business.

Hours

• Monday-Friday 8:45am-6pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and Vendors.

Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers, providing detailed information about available properties.

Property Listings:

Conduct property viewings and highlight key features to potential buyers.

Negotiation:

Negotiate offers and conditions between buyers and Vendors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role within the real estate industry (retail/hospitality etc)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Driving license (company car provided)
