Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading independent and award-winning travel agency in Hertfordshire, who are recruiting a Retail Travel Sales Manager. This is a full-time, high-impact opportunity to lead a successful high street branch and inspire a collaborative, experienced team.
The Role:
As Retail Travel Sales Manager you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, lead from the front with personal sales, and support the team to achieve their targets. You'll play a key role in driving growth, managing performance, and enhancing the customer experience, all while delivering outstanding service and results.
You Will Have:
- A minimum of 2 years' travel sales experience
- Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor or assistant manager role is desirable
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional travel experiences
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
- A hands-on, motivational leadership style
- Confidence using social media to increase visibility and generate leads
