Our Client is looking for a Sales Director to lead the UK & I region. You will be dealing with Tier One Banks, through to seed funded Start-ups, as well as managing the partner ecosystem.
You will be working closely with your sales team (responsible for people management and coaching) and will help them build targeted account plans and execution plans with a view to growing the business still further. As well as having top line responsibility you will also have P&L for the business.
You'll be well-read and have a deep understanding of various sales methodologies as well as having a tangible track record of over-delivery, having held a number of leadership roles.
The successful candidate will have managed teams and will have operated in (and have sold to) the finacial services sector (ideally retail banking).
As importantly, our client considers itself as a start-up tech business, so somebody that is comfortably working in a similar culture.
