Michelle Denny Recruitment is thrilled to be working with the prestigious and award-winning Rhino Greenhouses Direct in their search for a Sales & Service Advisor to join their team located in East Harling, Norfolk. This role offers flexibility of part or full time. Plus, there is the exclusive chance to participate in at least three prominent UK garden shows a year, including the Chelsea Flower Show! Basic salary of £25k plus bonus.

This incredibly flexible position is designed to enhance your work life balance, blending a non-targeted soft sales role with administrative responsibilities plus the opportunity to represent the company at renowned external events across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers who visit the company s show site.

  • Managing customer enquiries both email and phone, including importing and processing orders.

  • Supporting customers with their after-care service from purchase to delivery/installation.

  • Handling general service enquiries including, spare parts requests, repairs and guarantees.

  • Collaboration and support to other teams within the organisation.

  • Responsible for the confirmation of deliveries, invoicing and taking payments.

  • General admin duties including processing requests for brochures and follow ups.

  • Promoting company products whilst attending garden show events across the UK.

You will have:

  • Experience ideally within retail, sales or hospitality and have a love for dealing with the general public.

  • An outgoing personality able to deliver high level customer service with the ability to promote company products and meet customer needs.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an organised approach.

  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Suite with administration experience and an ability to accurately input and process orders online.

  • A willingness to participate in corporate events, which could mean overnight stays.

The details:

  • Full or part time (if part time, full, eight hour days are needed)

  • A basic salary of £25,000pa

  • Performance related bonus / commission (OTE £27,000pa)

  • The job requires working one in three weekends, with any Sundays worked usually remotely from home, with time off in lieu during the week.
