A friendly and well-established independent central and east London estate agency is looking for a junior sales negotiator to work in its Shoreditch office. You will be part of a small residential team selling high-quality apartments and houses, including new homes.
Whilst some previous experience in an estate agency is desirable, this is not essential. You will, however need to have a keen interest in property and effective communication skills, including a good telephone manner. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work independently and in an organised manner.
The role offers great earning potential with an OTE of up to £40,000 - £50,000.
About the Role
Day-to-day tasks include dealing with phone and email enquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings, and agreeing on sales. You will also carry out all related admin, such as sales progression.
You will be given plenty of scope to help develop the business, which operates primarily in Hackney, Shoreditch, and Bloomsbury and will be involved in marketing activities.
