Sales Executive
Salary: £18,000pa plus commission- £50k minimum (basic topped up if commission isn't earnt)
Location Maidstone
Hours: 2 different shift patterns, 5 days one week, 4 days the next week over 7 days 10am-10pm (NON NEGOTIABLE)

A automotive dealership client of ours is expanding their Sales Executive team! Training- You will be required to travel to Medway for a week to train in their head office with the specialist team!
Duties of the Sales Executive:
- Arrive on site around 9:30am, bearing in mind Sales Executive in sees the first customer of the day Eager beaver is needed!
- Take part in the morning meetings which are conducted at 9:45am.
- Greet customers when they walk in and ensure your customer is well looked with refreshments while having the discussion about car options and add ons.
- Reach and exceed monthly unit and product sales targets, top billers are making revenue pots of £100k a month!
- Talk through their options regarding product sales but don't come across pushy because my client doesn't have this way about them!
- Maintain your required patch of cars ensuring cars are up to company standards, if not book in for works or whatever is required.
Requirements to be a Sales Executive:
- Bubbly and confident character required
- Money driven and career focused individual
- Must have Driving license
- Experience in selling cars is desired however experience in customer service face to face is highly welcomed!
- Willing to work weekends
- Personality is everything in this role!
