Working for one of the world's best known luxury Brands and based in one of the world's most beloved Retail Stores, you will be an experienced Sales Administrator looking to progress your career.

Your main responsibility will be to take care of back office, inventory and support activities.

Duties include -
To manage and supervise all related cycle, quarterly and annual inventory activities
All back office activites ie data entry, checking re items received and invoice, all products received at store
Perform all after sale services ie sending items to repair, contacting repair centres, organising shipments, keeping the store staff up to date
Contacting suppliers re maintenance issues

Experience Required -
Previous experience undertaking a similar role within a luxury business
Strong relationship / negotiation skills
Store procedures and techniques
Knowledge of CRM or SAP or Beanstore
