Release Delivery Manager
Location: Remote (Occasional travel to London for Workshops)
Contract: Inside IR35
Day rate: Up to £650 per day
Duration: 6 Months+

We have an opportunity with one of the UK s biggest Retailers who have a network of branches nationwide. Here you will join their large digital transformation programme which is expected to run for another 2-3 years.
The require a Release Delivery Manager who has a strong technical development background whist having the ability to face off to Senior Business stakeholders.
Here you will support and lead end-to-end delivery into production.
Role and responsibilities:
• Using the delivery plans, assumptions, and release plans, assemble individual activities into a coherent and realistic plan to deliver.
• Identify any resulting gaps or conflicts and raise to the programme board/leadership as appropriate.
• Develop the necessary delivery artefacts around risks, assumptions, plans, reporting, finances etc where necessary and distinct from existing workstreams and pillars.
• Through standard PM approaches, techniques, and governance, deliver future releases.
• Report delivery progress on the agreed cadence, forming a working group of key stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and get the required working level engagement and direction.
