Compliance and Conduct Risk Director

I am looking for an established and experienced senior hire within the retail financial services advisory sector. You will have a proven ability in the delivery and management of conduct risk projects across banking, consumer finance, and wealth. You MUST also have a background in a client-facing sector. I am looking for a solid and capable individual who is good with clients and able to manage a team. You do not necessarily need to be able to sell work, but it would be a bonus.
Exposure to retail banking, consumer credit/finance, wealth, and asset management would be a good sector focus.
My client is an established but growing firm which offers not just a great culture but also the opportunity to move to partnership in the medium term. The role will require you to be in London 4 days a week.
