Resource Matters have been retained by a large IFA & Wealth Manager looking to recruit regulated sales managers at 1st and 2nd line. These are nationwide opportunities due to significant growth.
You are a natural leader and skilled in all aspects of managing a team of highly successful Financial Planners; from sales management to coaching and mentoring, through to supporting on strategy and business development.
You thrive on unlocking hidden potential amongst your team by spotting opportunities for personal and professional development, and challenging new ideas and concepts.
You lead from the front, with an intrinsic understanding of Financial Services, and want to put what you know into practice by contributing towards the future vision and strategy, propositional evolution and design. You're now looking for a structured business with a collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your opinions are considered.

Our client is seeking to appoint regulated 1st line and 2nd line managers across the UK to oversee a team of Private Client Advisers. You will hold budgetary responsibility, and be accountable for the day-to-day management of your team in a supervisory capacity, but with no fee-writing or T&C responsibility.
Working closely with the Head of Growth & Development, you will lead a dynamic team of IFA's and support the national strategy for growth and development.
You will be home-based but have the capacity to lead a client-facing team which are spread across your region; you will have significant experience of retail financial advice and leading teams of Financial Planners.
