Regional Operations Manager (Retail)

London - with regional travel

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + car/car allowance

A fantastic opportunity has risen to a Regional Operations Manager, with a strong Retail FM background, to join my client's growing team in London on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the management of the entire FM service delivery across a region and strategic development of the service to support client and business objectives. Responsibility for the performance of the contract and ownership of the agreed service levels within assigned region across all Retail buildings and support to any office locations within the region.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage the maintenance, repair and renewal of the structure and fabric of client buildings
Internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
Assessment, innovation and implementation of team synergies throughout the delivery structure.
Ensure the service delivery meets client expectation levels through documented SLAs / KPIs and associated reporting processes. (PPM/Remedial, reactive, overdue jobs, job category analysis, regional reporting, SORs etc)
Supports the regional OPEX and CAPEX budgets to ensure compliance with contract requirements, limits set, approving quotes etc….
Supports all CAPEX project delivery within the region and regularly communicates with stakeholders to advise them on progress
Drive savings, efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement with the service delivery model.
Focus on service delivery improvements and innovations that enhance the reputation of the company
Sets clear objectives and strategies to ensure all clients receive consistent and first-class delivery of service.
Leads, develops and motivates our supply partners to deliver the service delivery expected by the client and end users.Experience Required:

Extensive experience managing the delivery of hard or soft facilities services in a retail environment
Can demonstrate strong careers and successes in large complex, organisation in either Facilities Management or Building Services or those sectors close to engineering support services.
Outstanding leadership and strategic abilities.
Comprehensive understanding of FM operational processes associated with a multi-location, national organisation.
Expertise in the FM/operational field with strong services background and ability to operate and interact with key stakeholders.

It is ideal for this role if you have a building services or FM industry body membership (e.g. BIFM) or equivalent.
