Job Title - Regional Manager
About the job:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the P & L and day-to-day management of all operational site-based activities and the business development of new and existing contracts within the South West and South Central area.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility
* For a team of business development and operations managers, supervisors, and administrators
* To manage the efficient deployment of field-based service operatives,
* Effective management of health & safety, optimisation of productivity, quality control, liaison with clients and suppliers.
* Full P&L (Approx. £ 3 Million)
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the maximisation of revenue and profit for existing clients and the securing of contracts for new clients.
About the successful applicant:
The successful applicant will work predominantly from the Southwest office but should be within traveling distance of the South Central office. They should be well organised with a high level of management and customer care skills.
Applicants will have experience of building services/plumbing / H&V engineering/water treatment and extensive knowledge of Legionella Control in accordance with current guidance and legislation, good man-management, and customer liaison skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
