Based in vibrant London, this role offers the chance to lead a diverse team and shape the future of our brand. This will include frequent travel internationally.
About the Client:
They are renowned for its minimalist aesthetic and commitment to quality products that enhance everyday life. As a Regional Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our brand ethos and driving growth across our network of 15 stores in the UK, Germany, and Finland.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Retail, you'll be responsible for implementing the global strategy and ensuring operational excellence within your region. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving business performance by overseeing financial metrics, sales targets, and KPIs,
with a focus on maximizing profitability.
- Collaborating with Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams to optimize store layouts
and product placement, driving sales in existing stores and supporting new openings.
- Leading the ambitious launch of the new flagship store in London, as well as managing
other store openings and relocations across the region.
- Developing and executing workforce plans to ensure staffing stability and implementing
staff development initiatives to support long-term growth.
- Upholding retail standards and fostering a culture of excellence among your team.
Candidate Profile:
- 10 years minimum of proven experience managing multi-store retail(preferably fashion)
networks, cultivating talent, and building high-performing management teams.
- Strong expertise in Merchandising and Visual Merchandising, with a track record of
optimizing product presentation to enhance the customer experience.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and
motivate teams across multiple countries.
- A keen business sense and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal
stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong business acumen and analytical abilities, with a keen understanding of market
dynamics and consumer behavior.
