Principal People are pleased to be working with a leading investment and property management organisation to recruit a new Regional Health and Safety Advisor to the growing team. This is a newly created role following growth in the business, reporting to the Group Head of Health and Safety. This is fantastic and varied role, working with a growing portfolio of clients in a range of industry sectors across South and Midlands.

Regional Health and Safety Advisor Up to £45,000 + £6,000 car allowance + benefits Property Management

The Regional Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

• Supporting the regional estates and property management teams
• Implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Fire Safety standards across the company s portfolio
• Carrying out site inspections and audits to provide a safe environment for businesses, tenants, and visitors
• Working across a varied portfolio, including retail, residential, and industrial settings
• Creating, maintaining, and updating risk registers on site

The successful candidate will have:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred, NEBOSH General Certificate will also be considered
• Experience working in the Property / Facilities Management sector is desirable
• Fire Safety experience or qualification is desirable but not essential
• A minimum of three years in a similar Health and Safety role
• Full UK driving licence
