Red Cross Training Fulfilment Administrator
Location: Salford - this is a hybrid working role with the opportunity to work from the office and at home
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £16,874 per annum
Could you use your administration skills to support our Red Cross First Aid Training team and make a difference within a global humanitarian organisation?
Our Red Cross Training Team deliver First Aid courses at over 200 regular venues across the UK and Northern Ireland, and have been equipping the British public with life-saving first aid skills for over 30 years. Red Cross Training is a division of the Red Cross, we generate surplus funds back into the wider charity to support our pledge of refusing to ignore people in crisis.
We're looking for a Fulfilment Administrator, who will be essential in helping with this operation.
How you'll make a difference …
Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will support them with the purchasing and fulfillment of stock and course consumables (such as training workbooks for our learners) to ensure the smooth running of our courses across the country. You'll be responsible for:
* Checking and processing of order requests within a timely manner
* Managing the administration of orders
* Ensuring records are updated and regular stock checks take place.
This role might be for you if...
* You're a team player and a strong communicator. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can work effectively as part of a team.
* You have proven administration skills. You will have worked in an office environment, ideally in a customer service role and be a confident IT user.
* You're organised and attentive with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
